Not knowing much about the area, she supplied me by e-mail and phone with much helpful information before my first visit with her and learned much about my preferences in housing. When I actually made a weekend trip to Idaho to visit she had arranged to show several houses that met my criteria and limited time was not wasted on houses that I was not interested in. With that one visit I was able to select he house I am in today. The process of doing a real estate transaction long distance was facilitated by Helen at every step and her communication with me was always prompt and informed.
